Just a couple of questions which spring to mind. I’m sitting here dumbfounded that a man who assaulted our manager escapes with a conviction for breach of the peace? He admitted that he assaulted Neil Lennon yet got off with it because the Crown tied in “sectarian” charge with the assault. Was their collusion […]

There has been massive investment from both home and overseas concerns into British football over the past twenty years or so. Ownership has shifted from local owners who in the main grew up supporting the club they went on to run to Multi millionaires and financial consortiums who do not have the same affinity with […]
A series of articles by The Celtic Network. I have just watched a program on Aljazeera called Net Losses. It takes a look at the impact of foreign ownership, over paid players and badly run clubs in English football and how this is having a negative impact on clubs, supporters and local communities.

Well so the saying goes but it’s quite apt for tonight’s game. The team really have to stand up and be counted. Celtic’s record in Europe since WGS left is nothing short of shocking with the exception of a win in Moscow our away form has been poor. Last season we beat Braga at home […]
Hot on the release of the wonderful CQ magazine the team at CQN have now launched CQN TV. They are now interviewing Celtic fans outside the stadium asking them for theirviews on Celtic issues. I’ve watched Celtic for over 40years and every time I think on this question I end up arguing with myself for hours. I’ve been lucky enough to see the greats of the modern era. Guys like Jinky, George Connolly, Dalgliesh , Larsson, McStay. Honestly I could fill this page with great players I’ve seen.
Since Martin O’Neill left successive managers have had to downsize the wage bill which is fair enough because we don’t want to end up like our biggest rivals. However we have now reached a point where our bank debt is just over £0.5m which for a company with a turnover in excess of £50m is […]
I don’t really have much to say on this game as I’ve not calmed down yet. Ok we were unlucky in front of goal espcially in the second half. Overall we were poor again and I honestly believe that Kris Commons should be dropped in favour of Forrest or McCourt. More Images Here
Well that was a bit of a game. I expected Sion to be tough opposition and that proved to be the case. However we were no way near our best. Once again in a Euro tie we seem to loose possession to cheaply. What annoyed me most was that this team had no fear of us […]
