Celtic v Hearts 10-04-2012

Cracking day for a game of football. As I write the sun is out and there is very little wind. The day is tnged with a wee bit of sadness for me as it will be tinged first domestic semi final involving Celtic that I have ever missed in 40years. The reason for that is I have decided to boycott any game at Hampden which lines the pockets of the SFA. So it’s the TV for me.
As far as the game goes I’m looking for the same commitment and drive that we seen last Saturday when we won the league. As for Hearts well what can you say? The Gorgie sides forum is up and doon like a whores drawers. So this is all about how Celtic play. It will be nice to see big victor back in the team although in truth he has not really been missed. That’s not a dig at Victor it’s actually a compliment to the squad that Champion manager Neil Lennon has assembled.
It will be interesting to see if Lenny decides to play Victor as a centre half allowing the impressive Ki to keep his place in the midfield. Also will we see the return of Izzy at left back which again gives Lenny a headache of where to play our Player of the year Charlie Mulgrew. It’s great to have these problems, it simply points to the fact that the manager has built a really strong form.
So good luck to the Hoops.
