Rangers report Racial Abuse – Send your complaint to the SPL

April 30, 2012 in Celtic Football Club by Wullie Broon

From the Sporting life.

Rangers have made a complaint to police over alleged racial abuse directed at one of their players.

The club announced the move on their official Twitter account on Sunday night following their 3-0 Clydesdale Bank Premier League defeat by Celtic at Parkhead.

A brief statement read: “The club has tonight been made aware of racial abuse directed at one of our players. We have reported this matter to the police.”

If that’s the case I want to know if the SPL delegate has reported rangers* supporteres of singing racist and sectarian songs at yesterdays game.

I clearly heard  the Billy Boys, Oh No Pope of Rome and the famine song. You may or may not have heard other illegal songs.

We have already added the Subject “Racist and Sectarian singing from Rangers fans at glasgow derby 29/04/2011″

We suggest if you heard these songs that you report it to the SPL.
