Confidence in the SPL ?

The deadline passed weeks ago for clubs to admit if they had strayed outside the articles of association in relation to players contracts. So far we have not heard a cheep out of the SPL other than Mr Doncaster trying convince everyone that not only the SPL but the whole of Scottish football would die if a Rangers Newco is admitted immediately into the SPL.
The main question is did Rangers have side (second) contracts with certain players through an EBT scheme ?
The questions we want to ask all supporters is:
Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment. Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

  1. I’m beginning to wonder my self if maybe more clubs than RFC have been flirting or experimenting with parameters of the articles of association re EBT’S, Image rights etc. Maybe this is the reason for the hold up? Or maybe not.

  3. Why has it been so difficult to make a decision? A football team in the SPL has not fulfilled its obligations as a sporting business and has not even played the game by its own Articles of Association. It has tried to get away with cheating other businesses, footballing organisations and other member clubs in the SPL. Not rocket science from where I’m seeing it. They need to be made an example of as a warning to other clubs that this kind of unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated. I am beginning to think that the SPL has too many skeletons in the cupboard (e.g insiders that have been giving Rangers* i.a.f.c, decades of underhand deals and favours and that if came to light would finish Scottish football as we know it; you just need to look at one Gordon Smith as an example of the rangers spl link) to make a decision against them otherwise the beans may be spilled the the equivalent of Scottish Football’s Armageddon would be the result. Can’t think of any other reason myself!
