Juarez Leaves Celtic for Club America

Efrain Juarez has finalised his move to Club America in his home lan of Mexico.
Juarez arrived at Celtic 2 seasons ago but dispite a promising start and 2 goals he sudenly found himself out of the team after being sent home from the Mexican international squad. No official reason has ever been given from Lennon as to why he was effectively frozen out.
He spent the first half of last season in Spain playing for Real Zaragoza but was promptly returned to Celtic during the last transfer window in January. Obviously he failed to impress their as it was originally thought he would be on loan for the season.
In his time with Celtic he played 20 matches. Juarez was quoted as saying :
“uarez said: “In my experience there were very good moments and a few that were not so good.
“In the end I don’t consider it a disappointment. The coach, Neil Lennon, is always seeking changes and I was among them.
“He changes the players and for the beginning of the second part of the season the team started to work, so that wasn’t good for me.”
Celtic wished him all the best for his future as do our fans.
