Changes at TCN

As you may or not know James is suffering from a bad case of depression at the moment and needs a break and a good rest. He has asked me to take over the running of the site for the foreseeable future.
I worked with James in developing the site as I am a web developer and mad Celtic fan. I have also worked behind the scenes of the site since the start and have been a member for a few months now. Nothing will change will change other than I will be dealing with Twitter,Facebook, emails, enquiries, distributing any monies raised to the charities and running the proposed predictor league .
The current amount in the TCN coffers £27.78 from donations to get the predictor league up and running in time and extra £10 is needed to buy the software. I have looked at the software and to get it ready and prepared for the start of the season we will need to raise the £10 by Friday at the latest due to the time it takes for a paypal transfer to complete. So if you can help please donate via the paypal donate button on the site.
As for the TCN book that will remain in publication on LuLu.
The guide to the software is here http://ianhaycox.com/worldcuppredictor/2010/07/28/football-league-prediction-plugin-wordpress/ .
I believe James has stated that any money that is raised above the price will go to the four charities the site is connected with. He has asked me that any money spent should be displayed on the site so members can see where the money goes to.
So nothing will change . We will still have the same people blogging including my self. So basically nothing will change.
All the best
Wullie

  1. Good Morning Wullie…please pass on my best wishes to James. His enthusiasm and commitment to TCN has been outstanding. It is great to know that one of the founding fathers has taken up the reins. HH
