Teams up when we have them
CELTIC return to domestic duties this afternoon when they play host to Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership.
Neil Lennon is looking for his side to maintain their unbeaten start to the league campaign, but he revealed that he will have to make some enforced alterations to the team that started in the Nou Camp on Wednesday for the visit of the Easter Road side.
“I will make changes,” he said. “I picked a team to do a job on Wednesday, and I have to take responsibility for that as well, obviously, as it hurts me more than anybody else.
“I am a proud man and I didn’t like what I saw in some facets of the game but that’s not why I’m making the changes. We will make changes out of necessity. We have a couple of injuries as well into the bargain.
“Charlie Mulgrew is out and he will be out for a week to 10 days. The groin that kept him out of the starting line-up on Wednesday has flared up. Derk Boerrigter is out and he is having a scan on a hamstring injury.
“Then it´s as you were – Mouyokolo and Kayal are the long-term ones. We are hoping James Forrest will start training on Monday, and again, we will try and get a consistent run of games out of him as well, because when fit and flying, he is another very good player.”
