TCN Supports the Green Brigade
Tomorrow TCN will be joining the Green Brigade corteo in support of fans who are currently banned and those facing ongoing harassment
The corteo will congregate and leave from the car-park on Watson St between the Chrystal Bell pub and the Coronation Chip shop at 1 pm. Please assemble in an orderly manner from 12.30pm.
We would like to invite users and members of TCN to join us in a peaceful and dignified march to the stadium. It would be nice to put a face to an avatar 🙂 .
Hail, Hail

I have been off-line for a couple of days and have just read your posts. FIFA now has my name and comments. I also signed a couple of petitions to UEFA and for the SPL supporters group a week or so ago. I hope that covers everybody for now. I agree how little active support is given, especially when you read so many angry comments. We might as well face it now that if there is not a groundswell, it will be a licence for all football authorities to simply write us off, rightly or wrongly, as a minority of moaners with no clout worth the bother. It is time to simply hang up our boots or really get off our arses (the only appropriate word in the circumstances). Surely signing a few petitions or writing a short comment is not a lot to ask if you are sincere in your discontentment. Otherwise, supporters will stop attending and paying to watch what is a football set-up in Scotland. Football will die and I may even live to see its demise. But I will not share any crocodile tears.
For those that wish to see their club continue, and I appeal to Celtic fans in particular, it really is time to wake up and do something. It is not just this football site that is calling upon us to react but almost every one you read. The call to arms is no longer insular. It is becoming more and more universal.

PS Good luck with the Green Brigade today. If only I was sixty years younger, 200 miles nearer and had a heart that went tick tock and not tock tick 🙂
